It had been reported that the '90s girl group would reform for new live shows after the singer was spotted on a night out with Mel B, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell.
However, Mel C told Metro: "We were just catching up, there was no business talk. There are no plans to do anything.
"One paper said four of us would get together, but that's not true. I'd love to work with the girls again but I'd only do it if all five of us were involved."
New reports have suggested that the members of the girl group want to front a reality TV programme to pick stars to play them in a musical based on their career.
