The Scottish star, who releases the track on November 2, claimed that producers think the song is too upbeat for an early morning audience.
"GMTV won't let me on their exceptionally dull programme to do Flashback because i'm 'too dancey'! IT'D WAKE YOUR VIEWERS UP. F**K GMTV (sic)," he wrote.
"A lot of people saying 'why would you want to go on GMTV? - PROMOTION - People need to know you have a record out!
"Anyway f**k em, they can give all these X Factor people EVEN MORE TV time, why not, you boring non-risk taking beige death hole DEATH DEATH."
He added: "I'm breaking in tomorrow - i'll be the guy wearing the FLASHBACK T-shirt, setting fire to BEN SHEPHERD'S TIE AND HAIR."
Harris previously took to Twitter to blast music critics who gave his recent album Ready For The Weekend poor reviews.
On a further occassion, the producer criticised the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) for accidently removing his official videos from YouTube.
