The singer, who opened the 27-date jaunt in Nottingham on October 20, claimed that she hasn't had enough time to rehearse because of her judging role on Strictly Come Dancing.
"So many things went wrong on the first night, including me nearly passing out. Somebody forgot to light a torch after I walked off stage during a song so I walked into a massive black screen," she told the Daily Star.
"I banged my head so hard I was seeing stars. And because it was so dark I couldn't find the stairs to get back on again. I was scrabbling around in the dark for ages.
"My head was still spinning when I got back on stage. But when I started dancing I felt something go in my neck. So I'm there, trying to smile, but having to dance very rigidly with my head and neck totally frozen."
The singer, who releases new single 'To Love Again' on November 26, admitted that she burst into tears after the first show ended because she felt so traumatised.
"I've not had enough time to rehearse. The first night was more like a rehearsal and when I came off stage I started crying because so much went wrong. But I think we got away with it."
