The 13-year-old singer, who is signed to Winehouse's label Lioness Records, revealed that she features on a number of songs on Introducing Dionne Bromfield.
"She was very supportive along the way. She does backing vocals on the single and also on a few other songs on the album," she told DS.
"I'm so lucky having Amy as my backing singer, but she said she really wanted to do it. Not just for me, but for her as well."
Bromfield, who performed her debut single 'Mama Said' on Strictly Come Dancing earlier this month, claimed that Winehouse has given her advice about life in the spotlight.
"She told me to keep my feet on the ground and keep on the correct path. She told me not to let it all go to my head, which is the main thing," she said.
Bromfield's debut single 'Mama Said' is released on November 2. Her album Introducing Dionne Bromfield is out now.
