The Australian singer started putting her third studio disc together 14 years ago, but the project was eventually scrapped when she parted ways with MCA Records.
Girl, which contained singles 'All I Wanna Do' and 'Disremembrance', eventually became Minogue's third release two years later, but her 1995 recordings remained on the shelf.
The 1995 Sessions will now be released in the UK on November 23. Minogue is also planning to re-release her 1991 debut album Love And Kisses and 1993 follow-up Get Into You on the same date.
Writing on Twitter, the X Factor judge confirmed: "They are still getting tweaked so we give you the best possible product. Hope you like them."
Last month, Minogue announced that she is feeling "fired up" over plans to record and release new material in the near future.
