The 'Right Now' rapper jumped off stage and ordered fans to calm down during a co-headline gig at Melbourne's HiSense arena with T-Pain.
Footage posted on YouTube shows the star forcing his way through the crowd and being lifted onto a fan's shoulders before claiming that violence could mar future visits to the country.
"It took me almost two years for Australia to let me back in the country. And I'm not going to let them f**k up my concert tonight," he said.
According to Contactmusic, medical professionals treated at least 18 people, including two security guards. Nine were also taken to hospital.
