The former Smiths frontman ended up in hospital after he collapsed with breathing difficulties during a performance of 'This Charming Man' in Swindon over the weekend.
He later cancelled a concert at the Bournemouth Academy.
However, he will take to the stage for a show at London's Royal Albert Hall this evening as planned, the BBC reports.
A spokesman for the venue told fans that the 50-year-old "definitely wants to continue tonight".
Meanwhile, Jonathan Ross has claimed that he has been in contact with a representative for the singer, who reportedly stated that Morrissey plans to complete the rest of his UK tour.
The jaunt is scheduled to move onto its European leg next month, with performances in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Ireland and Belgium.
