Speculation about a possible split arose after brother Nick, 17, began working on material with new band Nick Jonas & The Administration, People reports.
Prior to a performance in Venezuela, the band wrote an open letter to their fans stating: "We plan to make music together for as long as we can."
Nick explained: "We've said from the beginning of our career as the Jonas Brothers that anything we do outside of the group is a side project because you can't break up brothers.
"My brothers are my biggest supporters, and were on the phone with me everyday while I was in the studio asking how it was going, and telling me they couldn't wait to hear the record."
His siblings Kevin, 21, and Joe, 20, added: "We are so proud of our brother Nick. We know that we will be doing music together for the rest of our lives. But we are thrilled for you to hear these songs that were on his heart".
The Jonas Brothers are currently on an extensive world tour, while Nick Jonas & The Administration are scheduled to release their LP next year.
