Robbie cancels MTV EMA performance
Robbie Williams has cancelled a planned live performance at next week's MTV Europe Music Awards.

A spokesperson for the 'Bodies' singer announced that the appearance had been scrapped due to a "scheduling conflict".

Though no details were given on what the star's other commitment is, the representative added that all of his other promotional spots are expected to go ahead as planned, including a booked interview on next week's Friday Night With Jonathan Ross.

Williams is in the running for the 'Best Male' prize at the forthcoming EMA ceremony, which takes place in Berlin on November 5.

The 35-year-old will release his eighth studio album Reality Killed The Video Star on November 9.
