Published Tuesday, Nov 3 2009, 11:14 GMT | By Nick Levine
Last night Leona Lewis played her first ever British live date at Hackney Empire, a 1300-capacity theatre located in the London borough in which she was born. Backed by a troupe of dancers, a 20-ft hologram of herself and a generous helping of dry ice, she performed nine songs, including 'Bleeding Love' and her chart-topping cover of 'Run'.
