Digital broadcaster Music Choice conducted the Europe-wide poll, asking 4,136 people to recite the words to several iconic tracks.
The results found that 89% of people knew the opening lines to The Beatles' 'Hard Days Night', and only 23% could repeat the first lyrics of Jackson's 'Thriller' and Presley's 'Blue Suede Shoes'.
Statistically, women were proven to be twice as capable at remembering Jackson's words than men.
