The singer, who previewed material from her upcoming second album Echo, admitted that she is now excited about embarking on a full tour.
"I wasn't nervous until I got to the side of the stage, then I started shaking," she told the Daily Star.
"I felt it went so fast - and now I just want to do it again. I can't wait to tour next year."
Record label Syco reportedly hired hypnotist Paul McKenna to help Lewis get over her stage nerves earlier this year.
Lewis previously revealed that she "can't wait" to announce details of a two-year world tour, expected to kick off next year.
