John's spokesman Gary Farrow told People that he is now "fine". He is scheduled to resume his 'Face 2 Face' US jaunt with 'Piano Man' star Billy Joel in Oakland and San Jose, CA on November 14 and November 17, respectively.
Earlier this week, John postponed the first three dates of his tour with Joel.
