The 22-year-old, who released new album Colour Me Free on Monday, made the comments over Allen's stance on illegal downloading.
"'Lily shouldn't be offended. I'm outspoken too, maybe I should call her," she told Metro.
Stone claimed that recording artists should accept that music would be downloaded illegally and should instead make their money from touring.
