
Westlife are reportedly on call to perform at the funeral of band member Nicky Byrne's father this weekend.
Nicky Byrne Snr, who passed away on Tuesday, will be laid to rest in his hometown of Seagrange, north Dublin on Saturday.
According to the Irish Independent, the Westlife singer is helping his mother Yvonne and siblings Gillian and Adam with funeral arrangements and is considering getting his group to perform.
The funeral will be held at the St Laurence O'Toole Church and Byrne Snr will be buried in Fingal Cemetery in Balgriffin.
The 60-year-old was well-known on the Irish cabaret circut and had his own band called Nicky and the Studz.
Westlife have postponed a promotional tour for their upcoming album Where We Are.
