Rihanna will showcase her new album a week ahead of its release with a live global webcast.
The gig will take place at an undisclosed location in London on November 16.
According to Gigwise, Rihanna said that she is both excited and nervous about the prospect of playing tracks from Rated R to "millions of people across the world".
"There's no better way to launch an album," she added.
The webcast will mark the star's first full gig since she was assaulted by former boyfriend Chris Brown in February.
The singer spoke about the incident during a series of US TV interviews this week.
