Beatles tracks 'pulled from US website'

A Los Angeles judge granted EMI Records an injunction against site Bluebeat during a court hearing on Wednesday, according to BBC News.
The order was issued after the label began legal action, claiming that the company did not have permission to sell the songs.
Bluebeat owner Hank Risan argued that it did not need a licence because it was hosting re-recorded versions of the Liverpool rockers' tracks, which had been created using "psycho-acoustic simulation" software.
However, the judge told Risan that he did not have sufficient evidence to support his claim.
A further court hearing is scheduled for November 20.
