Sugababe Amelle 'more confident'

Amelle Berrabah has reportedly claimed that she is feeling much more confident than before.

The Sugababes member returned to work earlier this week after being diagnosed with nervous exhaustion last month.

The stress was blamed on the changes in the band's lineup, which saw original member Keisha Buchanan replaced by Jade Ewen.

According to the News of the World, Berrabah told a friend that she is feeling much better after spending time in a German health clinic.

"I'm back and I feel like a completely different person," she reportedly said. "My confidence was so low before and I was afraid to face people. But now I feel assertive and I'm ready to go back to work.

"I feel bad about how the girls have been left to deal with things on their own and I was nervous about seeing them. But Jade and I got on like a house on fire. She's a great girl and I know we've got a future together now."

Meanwhile, a source claimed that Buchanan and Berrabah are rebuilding their relationship.

"Keisha sent a text," the insider said. "Amelle was surprised but pleased to hear from her. She told Amelle she was rooting for her. It was the right thing to do, even after everything that's happened."
