The '3' singer, has reportedly said that she is "extremely upset" by the apparent public outrage caused by her miming during parts of her stage show at the Burswood Dome.
Spears's tour promoter, who denied the walk-out rumours, told The Australian: "Britney is aware of all this and she's extremely upset by it. She's a human being."
An employee at the concert venue added: "Early media reports that hundreds of fans left the concert early cannot be substantiated, and Burswood has received no complaints about the concert."
Spears's manager Adam Leber also wrote on her Twitter page: "Its unfortunate that one journalist in Perth didn't enjoy the show last night. Fortunately the other 18,272 fans in attendance did."
The star's Australian tour finishes in Adelaide on November 29.
