Taylor Swift wins BMI song of the year

The country superstar was handed the trophy for her international hit 'Love Story' at last night's awards ceremony in Nashville.
She picked up the same prize last year for 'Teardrops On My Guitar'.
"I just want to say to every songwriter and every loved one of a songwriter, thank you," she said. "You are all my heroes."
Bobby Pinson was awarded the songwriter of the year gong, while Sony/ATV Music was named publisher of the year.
Kris Kristofferson was named this year's icon, while Brooks & Dunn were handed the president's award.
Other stars who attended the event included Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman, Miranda Lambert and Sara Evans.
Swift is among the contenders who have been nominated for prizes at tonight's Country Music Association Awards.
