It has been widely claimed that the singer will join his former bandmates to perform a song at this evening's charity show at London's Royal Albert Hall.
Williams has been booked to appear at the concert, but told Key 103 of rumours of a full-band comeback: "No not at all. We are going to be in the same building at the same time."
According to Music-News, when asked if the group would be singing together, Williams responded: "No, we're not."
A BBC spokeswoman confirmed that the reports of a full original Take That performance were "categorically not true".
Williams recently admitted that he had "done bits and bobs" with his former bandmates and planned to work with them again in the future.
