The rapper has lent his name to a number of products and has also starred in Righteous Kill and Dead Man Running.
50 Cent told London Lite: "I still consider myself a musician first. If it wasn't for my music, I wouldn't have all these other opportunities. I earn way more away from music, but I haven't lost my passion for songs.
"I'm so proud of ...Self Destruct. It's like a prequel to Get Rich... that explores the dysfunctional behaviour that I grew up around.
"I spent ages working with Dre and Em in Detroit, then Vegas, to make sure every track was perfect."
