Matt Bellamy's group will play gigs at Lancashire County Cricket Ground, Manchester on September 4 and Wembley Stadium, London on September 11.
Tickets for the dates will go on sale on November 20 at 9am.
The concerts are expected to be the final UK shows on their current tour, which is promoting their number one album The Resistance.
