Black Eyed Peas beat Leona to No. 1

Both acts performed on last weekend's X Factor, but the Black Eyed Peas overtook Lewis during the week to make 'Meet Me Halfway' their third number one single this year after 'Boom Boom Pow' and 'I've Got A Feeling'.
Lewis reached the number two spot with 'Happy', the first single from her second album Echo.
JLS, who were number one last week with 'Everybody In Love', slipped down the chart to number 3.
N-Dubz's 'I Need You' reached number five, while Britney Spears's '3' entered the top ten at number seven. The new Sugababes lineup charted at number eight with 'About A Girl'.
