Zane Lowe presents more 'masterpieces'

Zane Lowe will play four albums in their entirety before the end of the year as part of the Masterpieces programme on Radio 1.

Between 7pm and 9pm on consecutive evenings from Monday, November 30, the DJ will play Metallica's self-titled album, Original Pirate Material by The Streets, London Calling by The Clash and Discovery by Daft Punk.

As well as the uninterrupted LPs, the shows will also feature interviews with the artists and a look at the influence of the records.

Previous editions of the series have explored albums from Public Enemy, The Strokes, The Prodigy and Arctic Monkeys.
