Ke$ha blasts 'boring' Spears, Simpson

Ke$ha has blasted the current crop of female popstars for being too boring.

The 'Tik Tok' singer claimed that too many singers are obsessed with being "politically correct" and do not speak their minds enough.

"I don't think a lot of the current popstars are very exciting," she told the Daily Star.

"The likes of Britney and Jessica Simpson are very polished. They're very politically correct."

The 22-year-old, who previously collaborated with Flo Rida on 'Right Round', insisted that she is eager to bring more "youthfulness" to the industry.

"I'm all about irreverence and youthfulness and playfulness and taking the p**s out of life. We're in a recession and there are wars happening, so when it comes to music, I wanna give people something that brings them joy," she told DS.
