The 62-year-old singer has instead offered refunds to those who bought tickets for the scrapped concerts, BBC News reports.
Sir Elton axed appearances in Sheffield, Newcastle, London and Liverpool after being struck down with flu and E.coli last month. He has since announced that he is back on his feet.
A spokesperson for the star's 'Red Piano' tour said: "Sadly, due to venue availability and the scale of the 'Red Piano' show, these shows cannot be rescheduled and have now been cancelled."
The representative added that Sir Elton felt "terribly disappointed" about missing the gigs.
