Singer Dolores O'Riordan is unable to perform as she needs to attend to a family matter, Contactmusic claims.
The band were due to play in Detroit on Tuesday, November 24, but scrapped the date earlier this week.
It is expected the group, who recently reunited after seven years, will complete the rest of the tour as planned.
