The stars have decided to take legal action over accusations that the venue played their music without authorisation.
According to TMZ, Stefani and Jovi are asking Sally's Saloon and Eatery in Minneapolis, Minnesota to stop playing their music after allegations that the establishment lacked ownership of a proper music licence.
In the lawsuit, which was filed last month, both artists are seeking unspecified damages from the venue.
