Ke$ha spends three weeks at Aussie top spot

Jay Sean rises one place to a new peak of three with 'Down', switching position with the Black Eyed Peas' 'Meet Me Halfway'.
Lady GaGa climbs four places up into the Top 10, while La Roux's 'Bulletproof' drops down to 11.
Elsewhere, Jay-Z and Alicia Key's 'Empire State Of Mind' makes a significant leap from 20 to 12, while the highest new entry comes from Owl City's 'Fireflies' at 28.
