The group played their final date to a crowd of 70 fans at the Zennor village hall in Cornwall.
Singer Tim Wheeler admitted that he felt "shellshocked" by the jaunt, which covered 5,000 miles and coincided with the the release of 26 singles as part of the A-Z series.
"Our manager came up with the idea when he was watching one of our shows, it was like a lightbulb went off," he told BBC 6 Music.
The tour started in Aldershot on October 19 and included live dates at Bradford's Gasworks and the Hastings Crypt.
Wheeler revealed that the live show in Jersey was a highlight of the tour, but nearly caused the group to miss their next gig.
"We had to get up at 5:15am to get to the airport, and the guy meant to be picking us up slept in, and somehow we made it with 10 minutes to spare," he said.
"At one point on the tour, I went 23 days without a day off."
Ash released the D track 'Tracer' from their singles collection yesterday.
