The 24-year-old revealed that she plans to develop her own record label, set up a fashion shop and "spend some time in the home I've built myself".
"My last gig is my Dizzee Rascal concert at the O2 (London) in March. That's the last thing I've got planned," she told Radio 1.
"I'm just going to concentrate on doing some behind the scenes sort of stuff."
Allen, who rose to fame after posting songs on MySpace, insisted that she is eager to seek out and develop raw talent on her own label.
"I'm going to get into signing new bands but at a really early level," she said. "I don't want to compete with other record companies but I want to support new artists."
Allen released new single 'Who'd Have Known' on Monday.
