The Australian artist-musician claimed that both acts have recently expressed an interest in collaborating with him, Gigwise reports.
The 79-year-old said: "I had Dizzee Rascal saying he would love to work with me doing all my weird sound effects.
"The Chemical Brothers have agreed to collaborate with me on some songs but we've never got the time to do it."
He added: "The nice thing about working with new bands is that it keeps you feeling young."
Harris confirmed last month that he has teamed up with Status Quo for festive single 'Christmas In The Sun'.
