A video featuring the famous TV characters covering the Queen classic 'Bohemian Rhapsody' has had over nine million views on YouTube, prompting record label EMI to release the track.
Featuring the popular Muppets characters Fozzie Bear, Miss Piggy and Gonzo the Great, the song will be available as a digital single.
A Paddy Power spokesperson told NME: "We've taken more bets on The Muppets to be Christmas No. 1 than anyone else so far."
However, the novelty track is still ranked as an outsider for the festive top spot, with The X Factor winner's song still the firm favourite.
