Taylor Swift 'Billboard's 'Artist Of The Year'
Published Friday, Dec 11 2009, 20:14 GMT | By Aaron Broverman

The 19-year-old country star was only beat out by Michael Jackson in album sales, 'Fearless' - her first headlining tour - sold out every show within minutes and she became the youngest person ever to win the Country Music Association's 'Entertainer Of The Year' award.
"To say Taylor Swift had a remarkable year would be a comic understatement," wrote Billboard's editors in announcing the honour.
"She set seemingly every chart record that exists. But most important, she proved herself a graceful, timeless celebrity, handling hosting duties on Saturday Night Live and a rampaging Kanye West at the MTV Video Music Awards with equal aplomb."
