Jay-Z and Keys slip to two with 'Empire State Of Mind', while Lady GaGa holds steady at three with 'Bad Romance'.
There are no new tracks in the top ten this week, but Rihanna manages to climb from 21 to 11 with 'Hard', the second single from her Rated R album.
Meanwhile, the highest new entries come from Eminem, who lands at 29 with Dr Dre collaboration 'Hell Breaks Loose', and Keys, whose solo version of 'Empire State Of Mind' charts at 55.
