She wrote: "Tonight for xmas, they told me december marks 1 year since the fame was released, and today we are 8 million albums sold. I love u monsters."
GaGa recently praised the intelligence of her monsters, claiming that they are "f***ing really smart".
Another Twitter message read: "Merry christmas, Ill love you + make music 4ever, never give up on ure dreams. Thank u for never giving up on me. ona date w Johhnie walker."
The posts were followed up at 1am with the cryptic message: "#ladygaygay".
