The MOBO-winning star has contributed a rap to Daisy's debut single, 'Number One Enemy', and he will also perform it with her at their upcoming live dates.
Daisy - a.k.a. 16-year-old singer-songwriter Daisy Coburn - admitted that she is grateful to her touring buddy because she is apprehensive about how his audience will take her to her pop-punk sound.
"When I found out [I was touring with Chipmunk], I was like, 'That's great... but what's the audience like?' Apparently it's a load of screaming girls," she told DS. "My music's probably not the sort of thing they normally listen to. What is quite cool though is that [Chipmunk]'s going to come out and perform 'Number One Enemy' with me.
"That's wicked because audiences don't often see the connection between the support act and the main artist. Hopefully that will help get them on side.
"You know, I don't want to be a threat to girls onstage. I want everyone to come out and have a laugh - that's what it's all about for me."
'Number One Enemy' by Daisy Dares You ft. Chipmunk is released on February 22. Chipmunk and Daisy Dares You begin their 14-date UK tour at Birmingham's O2 Academy on February 12.
