RATM campaigners deny job offer rumours

The pair responsible for the campaign to make Rage Against The Machine's 'Killing In The Name' Christmas number one deny having received job offers fom Simon Cowell.

Cowell reportedly told The Mirror that he was so impressed by the work of Tracy and Jon Morter that he had asked them to come and work for him. It was claimed that the offer was refused.

"Our inboxes for Facebook, Twitter, emails have gone stratospheric," Jon Morter told DS. "So to be honest we haven't a clue if anyone has offered us anything. We certainly have not accepted or refused anything."

'Killing In The Name' topped the charts for Christmas, with X Factor winner Joe McElderry's single 'The Climb' in second.
