The 'Back To Black' singer, who is reportedly making progress on her new album, wants the 13-year-old to "crack America" in 2010 and has been investing time and money to ensure her success, according to the Daily Mail.
Winehouse's friends Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi have agreed to work on the teenager's second LP, which will be released through Winehouse's label Lioness Records.
"Amy has put a lot of time and money into launching Dionne's career, and this year is all about cracking America," an insider said.
