According to the Daily Star, George Maloof, who owns the Palms Casino Resort, was "blown away" when she performed at the venue last month.
Maloof described GaGa as a "perfect fit" for the casino and added that she had impressed him when she refused to join him at one of his nightclubs.
"She was just so professional," he said. "She's not a partier. That was really refreshing. She's dedicated to being the top artist in the world."
Maloof, who has reportedly offered GaGa a multimillion dollar deal, added: "You know you've just seen a superstar."
Lady GaGa recently revealed that she is hoping to pursue "new ideas" on her next album.
