The 25-year-old musician, who performs in punk band The Veronicas with her twin sister Jess, had reportedly been sick for three days before being rushed to the nearest emergency room.
After posting a picture of herself in a wheelchair wearing a hospital gown, Origliasso told The Daily Telegraph: "All the tests came back cleared, so it looks like I just caught a terrible stomach flu.
"Not my favourite way to start 2010 but at least I know I'm healthy."
