The 'I Need You' trio, who are reportedly in talks with record label Def Jam to secure a Stateside deal, admitted that US fans may struggle to relate to their lyrics.
"It's going to be harder in the US as the kids in America live very different lives to those in the UK," Fazer told RWD.
"But we're so honest in our lyrics, hopefully that will appeal to them."
Meanwhile, singer Tulisa revealed that the group aim to double their success this year.
"We want to up the ante in 2010, take N-Dubz to the next level and smash it," she said.
"We want to play arenas and double the album sales and then break America."
N-Dubz release Mr Hudson collaboration 'Playing With Fire' on January 18.
