The 'Breathe Slow' singer insisted that she is instead focused on recording the follow-up to solo album The Alesha Show.
"There are no plans for Mis-Teeq to reform. We're all friends and have a lot of respect for each other but we've all moved on in life," she told Metro.
"We're not the sort of group who would get back together just for the sake of it."
Dixon went on to praise former bandmate Sabrina Washington, who became the fourth celebrity voted out of I'm A Celebrity... last month.
"She got stuck in with the challenges and showed her fighting spirit, which all of us Mis-Teeq ladies have," she said.
"I'd never do it myself, though. I don't like creepy crawlies and the idea of putting bugs in my mouth isn't my cup of tea."
Mis-Teeq rose to fame with debut single 'All I Want' in 2001. They enjoyed further hits including 'Scandalous' and 'One Night Stand' before disbanding in 2005.
