Cilmi promises LP "to make people groove"

The Aussie pop singer, whose 2008 debut Lessons To Be Learned sold 900,000 copies worldwide, recently unveiled a new dancier sound with comeback single 'On A Mission'.
"I surprised myself when I recorded 'On A Mission' and it totally shifted the whole album in a new direction," she told Digital Spy.
"There are lots of uptempo funk and disco-inspired numbers designed to make people groove - this record's going to make people groove more than Lessons To Be Learned.
"There's light and shade to the album though, some more sexy tracks and a few surprises, too. One track has a kind of yodel in it!"
Cilmi also revealed that the album - entitled Ten - features a more diverse team of collaborators than her debut, which was entirely produced by Girls Aloud hitmakers Xenomania.
"I only did one track with Xenomania, but it's a bloody unreal track called 'Hearts Don't Lie' that could be one of my favourites. The chorus is like the Bee Gees and the bassline is so funky! I also worked with Greg Kurstin, The Invisible Men and Dallas Austin," she said.
Cilmi releases 'On A Mission' on March 7. The album Ten follows on March 22.
