The festival boss revealed today that the US rockers have joined headliners U2 on the bill for the 2010 Somerset event.
Posting on her Twitter page, she wrote: "YES, FRIDAY 25th?" when asked about the band, later adding: "They have already been booked I promise!"
Eavis also recently hinted that she plans to enlist Dizzee Rascal for the June festival, saying: "We've got to have Dizzee, that's a given."
