The 'Ego' girlband will perform at Thetford Forest in Suffolk on July 9.
The live show is in support of the Forestry Commission, which aims to encourage new audiences to enjoy the British woodlands.
Tickets are priced at £26.50 and available from January 29.
Sugababes last year performed a series of live shows in support of the organisation.
