The acts will take part in the annual post-Brit Awards charity event at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on February 16.
All profits will go to aid War Child's work with children in war zones and further stars will be confirmed to perform in the next weeks.
"War Child's work is absolutely vital. Simple! They have done so many beautiful things and to help raise money for them to extend the reach of their amazing work is a huge honour. It will be an inspirational night all round," Kasabian said in a statement.
Last year's War Child event featured performances from The Killers and Coldplay, with guest appearances from Gary Barlow and Bono.
Tickets are priced at £50 and are available to the general public from February 3.
