The 'Beat Again' boyband, who have been nominated in the 'British Group', 'British Breakthrough Act' and 'British Single' categories, admitted that it would fulfill their lifetime ambition to be recognised at the ceremony.
"We've all grown up watching the show so we'd love to win a Brit but we can't think about that - we've just to go out there and enjoy ourselves," Jonathan "JB" Gill told the Daily Star.
The singer added that he had previously wanted to attend the Brit School, which is part-funded by the awards and has produced talent including Leona Lewis, Amy Winehouse and Adele.
"I used to live down the road from the Brit School and wanted to go there," he said.
"A school like that can really help your career but we're living proof you can still make it on your own."
JLS kicked off their UK arena tour in Ipswich yesterday.
