The pair, who teamed up for a piano duet at the Grammy Awards last weekend, are both scheduled to attend a charity event next week.
The 'Poker Face' singer has been confirmed to perform at the AIDS foundation AmfAR benefit gala in New York on February 10, which will honour Sir Elton and his civil partner David Furnish for their contributions to the global struggle against the disease.
AmfAR will also pay tribute to the late Natasha Richardson, a former board member and leader in the fight against AIDS. Meryl Streep, Vanessa Redgrave and AmfAR founding chairman Dr. Mathilde Krim will participate in the tribute.
The black-tie dinner and auction, which is now in its twelfth year, will include a further performance from Rufus Wainwright.
GaGa and Sir Elton performed part of her track 'Speechless' before continuing with Sir Elton's 'Your Song' at the Grammy Awards, which were held in the Los Angeles Staples Centre on January 31.
